I'm a science major and love to create and share the knowledge of nutrition, health, food (F&B), and food science videos to help people understand the truth about all these and also conduct extensive research to seek out the truth before posting them. While I also enjoy video editing with Capcut & Filmora (previously) and some graphic designing with Canva & Figma, which I treat these as part of my hobbies to explore creativity and the marketing behind the designs to my viewers.
